The multi-function complex in Business Bay stretches 5 million square feet in area. It is scheduled for completion in 2009. Over 300,000 m3 of concrete mixes will be pumped by 5 units SANY HG32C placing booms, SANY HBT120C-2120DIII trailer pumps and two units SANY 42m truck pumps.

The User Unimix and Al Shafar General Contracting Co, another renowned contractor of U.A.E commented on SANY equipments' performance, "SANY pumps and placing booms cast most of the concrete, and they did a very good job."
