FREGAT Company used SANY HBT60C1816DIII trailer-mounted concrete pump to build a commercial residential building in Donetsk City. After receiving the service call from customer or distributor, the service engineer could afford technical support by communicating to customer by phone or at the site within the time by appointment with customer, and would leave the site after successfully solving the malfunctions, and permitted by the customers. When not solving the problem within three days, technical support and guide would be supplied from headquarter. It was the time for the service chief of Ukraine to inspect the machineries actively and the customer gave a very high comment on SANY equipment.
