Beijing Intime Center, located at the Beijing CBD core area with 350,000m² total area, is designed and constructed in accordance with the 5-star hotel standard. With above 1.5 billion RMB total construction investment, the main building totally has 63 floors with 249.9m total height and will be the highest building after completed. The 1st~5th floor adopted C35 ceramsite concrete, the 6th~40th floor adopted C40 common concrete, and the floors above 40th floor adopted C35 ceramsite concrete, with the total pumping volume reaching 40,000m³. Since the ceramsite concrete was widely adopted and the pumping process was required to be completed within 18 months, this process featured high pumping difficulties and tense construction task.
