Three “Swift” and One Responsibility

1. "Swift” reply
We reply with plan within 1 hour after customer’s call is received

2. "Swift” Deputation
We depute expert with immediate effect after customer’s call is received, and areawise time frames are as follows:
2.1 Four hour circle: A class cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata,  Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore
2.2 Twenty four hour circle: B class cities including Chandhigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Indore, Sengruli, Raipur, Jharsiguda, Bokaro, etc

3. “Swift” Supply
We complete dispatch of parts within 2 working days after customer’s confirmed PO is received along with payment and other conditions are met. Dispatch will be completed within 7 working days in special cases

4. One Responsibility
We are responsible for providing training to all levels of people including customer operators and site supervisors
4.1 Onsite training at the time of commissioning;
4.2 Onsite training at the time of servicing;
4.3 Class room training in Pune.
